This is a fantastic piece of free software that lets you capture any portion of your screen just by pressing the print screen key.

It's simply one of the best tools I've come across to help put presentations together and quickly capture any portion of a photo that I want either saved to my hard drive or copied to my clipboard.

I recommend making these preference changes to get the most out of the tool:

• Source = Rectangle Area, Destination = Both Clipboard and File, Image = .jpg

If you work with any presentations that involve photo's or clip art - this is a very simple, free and powerful utility.
